Every once in a while I get my hands on an album that feels like a soundtrack to my life, and Mike Romeo‘s Dark Age really hits the spot right now. Mike Romeo is a 25 year old Electro-Acoustic artist based in Brooklyn; he played and recorded all the instruments on the album by himself.. It’s music with substance – seriously good. We’ve even exchanged a few emails – what a nice guy! Hope he comes to Vancouver soon, I’d love to see him live.

Although I of course love michael as a son but more importantly he is a talented young man. I have been in the music business as a singer performer all my life. It is wonderful to see him grow as a great person and sensitive songwriter. best wishes JEANNIE ROMEO
